One of the benefits of being a pastor who blogs is that I often are able to recommend helpful resources to people. Over the last few years I have wanted to put together a reference list for people who were looking for good books. I am thankful that I now have it published on this site.
In the header at the top of the page is a menu “Recommended Reading” under that section there are several sub-lists:
Here are the links also:

I will no doubt continue to tweak and add to this list as I go, but I feel pretty good about it right now. I hope it serves others as well. Feel free to hit me with any feedback.

Your “Top Ten List” has grown to 15! I like what you are doing with these lists, and am sure that others will find them helpful as well. I noticed on the Top Ten List are that you are “heavy” on Keller with 3 titles while no other author gets more than 1. Also, and this is just my opinion, the titles that you list by Tozer, Lewis, Ryle and Bunyan are in a class by themselves head and shoulders above the other fine works on this list. The possible exception to this would be Winslow, but the difficulty with him is deciding on just one title to include!
Thanks for the feedback. I believe Keller has tackled these particular issues (Legalism/Gospel, Marriage, and Gospel-Centered Ministry) better than anyone right now. Hence the extra love. I should also note that this is designed primarily for our church family and therefore reflects a particular ministry context/setting.
